WINFIELD SCOTT SHRIGLEY was born in the State of Maryland, son of Enoch and Martha (Marlowe) Shrigley, and passed away on Feb. 3, 1913, at his residence, No. 432 Marlboro Street, Boston, in the sixty-fourth year of his age.
